What We Do

Professional Production Support For Events Across Central Florida

Whether you need complete event production or help with a specific part of your event, CFAV provides experienced people, professional equipment, and dependable support from planning through strike.

Full Event Production

For events that need the whole technical side handled, CFAV takes it end to end: planning, audio, staging, lighting, production coordination, and an experienced crew to run it.

One team stays responsible from the first planning conversation through load-in, showtime, and strike, so organizers can spend the day with their guests and performers instead of coordinating vendors.

Audio, Lighting & Staging

Professional production systems scaled to the event, whether that is a festival main stage, a concert, a corporate program, a municipal ceremony, or a community gathering in a park.

The priority stays the same at every size: sound that is clear and even across the whole audience, lighting that gives performers a real stage to step into, and staging that is set up properly before anyone stands on it.

Equipment Rentals

Not every event needs a full production package. When you already have a crew, or only need to fill a gap in what you have, CFAV's production equipment is available on its own.

What goes out is the same inventory used on our own shows: maintained, prepared for the job, and supported by technicians who know the equipment well, so there is someone to call if a question comes up on site.

Rehearsal Studio

CFAV also keeps a dedicated rehearsal room for Central Florida musicians, available by appointment with a PA, drum kit, guitar amps, and microphones already in place.

Bands use it to work up a set, tighten arrangements, and run a live performance start to finish before it goes in front of an audience.

Production Crew & Support

Some productions do not need gear so much as people. CFAV's technicians are available to support events that are already underway, working alongside an in-house team, supporting a specific production role, or filling out a crew for a larger build.

What the crew covers depends on the event, so the best starting point is a conversation about what you already have in place and where the gaps are.
